Outsourcing Platform Development
Epiphany provided research consulting services for a project led by CyberVision for KPITB. Under the project, Epiphany developed the survey questionnaires to disseminate within the government department, World Bank, KPRA, KPPRA, KPITB, startups, micro-entrepreneurs, small businesses, and freelancers in order to formulate recommendations for KPPRA to amend KPPRA Rules and design an online outsourcing portal. Epiphany conducted the survey, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions with concerned departments of KP and developed workflows and Business Process Management, SRS, and FRS documents in line with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Act, 2012. Furthermore, Epiphany proposed amendments in the existing procurement laws of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
