Transforming Leadership Style During Times of Crisis – A Focus on Working Remotely
As businesses struggled to get the hang of remote working in 2020, Epiphany conducted a workshop on ‘Transforming Leadership Style During Times of Crisis – A Focus on Working Remotely’ in September 2020. For this workshop, Epiphany invited the Director of People Engagement, Pakistan and Gulf at Careem, Sanam Ahmed as a facilitator. In this workshop, Sanam taught the do’s and don’ts of leadership style, taking teams along, and the available resources for remote working. In addition to these lessons, Sanam also taught the ethics of managing a team that is working remotely.
